[Mpd-oz] MPD Booklet

Hi All,
At last I have a final draft of the MPD booklet from Leukaemia 
Foundation in Brisbane for comment etc. from MPD oz list folks.  Rather 
than send it to everybody on the list if you would like a copy and want 
to comment on the information please let me know by email and I will 
send it to you in Word format.  If you can send your comments back to me 
also In word I will co-ordinate getting a response back to the folks in 
Brisbane.
